The honorable John D. Dingle hosted a Fly-In reception in the Energy & Commerce Committee Hearing Room at the Rayburn House Office Building for all the Fly-In participants. Invitations were handed out to all of the state delegates. Mike Leonard awarded California Congresswomen Grace Napolitano (D-38th) the AWWA Distinguished Service Award.
